This listing is for a full stainless steel exhaust system for SWB X300 XJ6 cars. We offer this system in a few variations. This system has a tubular 6 branch header and has both centre and rear boxes deletes. Additionally there are no catalysts and with the large oval rear tip. This will be a VERY VERY loud exhaust system. This is fully deletes of all silencers and cats. We advise running boxes as the tubular does make it louder.
The stainless steel exhausts we produce are hand made here in the UK in 304 grade material. Our system is made to the patterns of the OE system so you can take all of our parts and they can be fitted within an original system. The system is a free flowing system. All the joints and bends are made to be the least restrictive as possible.
This system uses standard Jaguar fittings and joint sizes. As you are buying the whole system it comes with all the joints, olives, clamps and bolts as a kit. This is our loudest exhaust system. For most people this will be too loud. We also do this system with boxes. There are a few variations of X300 system available. All X300 systems start with part number FS-X300
All UK and EU spec X300 XJ6 cars had catalysts as standard. In the UK its a legal requirement to run a catalsts. Our systems do not have catalysts but being OE sized you are able to swap in your catalysts if required (slip/slide joint fitting only). High flow HJS catalysts can be supplied but at a significant increase in cost. Our downpipes come with the lambda boss/ bung pre welded for you to run your 02 sensors. Our systems dont have facilities for upper heat sensors or EGR. These must be deletes and mapped out. Please remember, this system is a de-cat, you will have to check your local law whether that is OK or not.
This tubular manifold its really important to remember that you are significantly increasing the surface area of the exhaust, we advise it is wrapped, coated or at a minimum any pipes re-routed/ covered to avoid them getting too hot.
We offer a complete kit which also includes the fitting kit but all parts can be bought individually and are listed on this website under their part numbers. This is much more expensive as this full system is discounted as a system price
