Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping on our webshop. We want to ensure you have a satisfying experience and are treated fairly. Please read the following Refunds and Returns Policy carefully, we have written this ourselves so we can be clear and fair for both you and us.

General Policy

All sales made on our website are considered final. It is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the correct part for your vehicle. We try and use the compatibility on the website. Any part number listed will be the part supplied so please use your parts books to ensure its correct. If you are unsure on any purchase please ask before purchase. 

Refunds for Incorrect Purchases

If you purchase a part and later realise it is not the correct one for your vehicle, we would accept a return providing: you cover return postage costs and replacement postage costs. If the part has been opened and cannot be re-sealed for re-sale we cannot accept the return. Any return for a refund would attract a restocking fee of 20%. We strongly recommend you check the part numbers before making a purchase to avoid a these situations and if in doubt please contact us before purchase. Receiving damaged goods

We take pride in providing quality parts and we spend a considerable amount of time packaging and trying to safely transport them through various couriers. Its very important that you check the package over for damage prior to signing for it. If the package appears damaged its important to get the driver to mark it as received damaged or sign it as 'damaged' or 'not checked'. Once the item is received visiaulyl damaged or not its important to unpack and inspect the item. If the item you received is damaged or faulty please notify us immediately. We have a very short window in logging a clam with a courier. If you are not able to notify us immediately it will not allow us to make a claim on the couriers insurance. We will always try and replace the item if it was damaged during shipment. Please note, we will not accept returns for parts damaged after receipt, including during installation or operation.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been installed or unpackaged in a way we cannot re-seal. Anything damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse will also not be refunded. All parts should be installed by a certified Jaguar technician to ensure they are fitted correctly and safely. How to Return a Product

If your product meets our return criteria then we can accept a return. If its your responsibility to return the item please ship to our address with a cover note and invoice of the original purchase. If this is an order we have sent incorrectly please contact us to arrange a collection with our courier. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Changes to the Refunds and Returns Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Special order and manufactured parts

Please note that we do not accept returns for parts that are indicated as special order or manufactured to order. In the event you purchase a part incorrectly that is labeled as special order or manufactured to order please contact us ASAP. If we are able to cancel the order without cost to us then we can cancel your order. If there is a possibility we can cancel the order with costs incurred we can cancel the order providing our costs are covered.
