This is a listing for a pair of XK8 XKR rear exhaust box delete pipes. These are made from a very high quality 304 s/s with nice large stainless tips. The pipes comes with a complete fitting kit with hangers. The exhaust hangers changed 3 times across the X100 range 1996 - 2006. These have the straight style mount. These were fitted to 1997 - 2001. They can be fitted to the other years but you will have to adapt the hanger. We have attached some images of the differences that you will see in the mounts.
The pipes are made to a very high quality. We have been using the same manufacturer for our performance exhausts for the last 20 years. You will notice a big difference compared to other alternatives on the market. Even visually you will see there is virtually no collapse on the bends.
The tips are a hand made in the UK from a flat sheet of stainless. There is a small line on the bottom of the tip where the sheet has been welded together, this is the characteristics of a hand made tip. This line is flattened and buffed to a near mirror finish. The quality is very good, the tip, the baffle, the wadding and the welds are all stainless.
The pipes are expensive because this is a full kit. This includes 2 pipes, 2 tail tips and a fitting kit. The price also includes postage and VAT.
