304 stainless steel tubular manifold to fit X300 and XJS AJ16 engines. This will directly fit onto the XJS AJ16 and will fit X300 providing the original downpipe exits in a slide joint, not olive.
On the downpipe we are removing the primary cats. The downpipe has provisions for AJ16 fine thread lambda and also a larger boss M18 for wideband if you are running an aftermarket ECU. There is no provision for EGR or upper heat sensors (if you have 4 x lambda). You would have to delete those systems.
The pipes are made to a very high quality. We have been using the same manufacturer for our performance exhausts for the last 20 years. You will notice a big difference compared to other alternatives on the market. Even visually you will see there is virtually no collapse on the bends.
Please remember that you are significantly increasing the surface area of the exhaust, we advise it is wrapped, coated or at a minimum any pipes re-routed/ covered to avoid them getting too hot.
