This listing is for a Jaguar XJ8 X308 4.0 V8 1997-2002 3.06 ratio Salisbury 14HU differential that has been rebuilt.
The diff has been stripped and rebuilt using a used crown wheel and pinion. The bearings inside the differential have been replaced. It has had new case bearings, pinion bearings and output shaft bearings. The seals on the pinion and output shafts have been replaced. All bearings used are as close to OEM as we can. Output shafts bearings are NLA, we use a branded sourced bearing where possible.
The part number of these changed a lot throughout the range. They are all cross compatible. Some casing styles may change slightly but the overall fitment is the same. This is an outright purchase. The diff pictured shows rear pins installed, the one we ship will not have these. You will need to re-use yours or tell us what style you have when you purchase. We cannot always supply these as there were a few different types.
It is possible for us to build with an LSD from Quaife. Please ask for more info.
