This listing is for a front AJ6 exhaust manifold. This is not for the AJ16 engine. These are made from a high quality motorsport material that is thicker then the original steel gasket. They work very well for bedding down exhaust manifolds to the heads where they may not be totally flat. Ideally they are skimmed before installation but if not these offer great sealing properties. Rear one is available under EAC8995-MS.
