This is a Jaguar V12 engine high torque starter motor. This is a new product from WOSP. These are a great quality part that offer a great new alternative to the original starter motors.
Compatible with All XJ and XJS V12 engines. This starter motor offers better power and performance. its a direct replacement. The early Lucas starter motors pre 1987 were hopeless. The later Marelli starter motors from 88 were better but now at over 30 years old quality is an issue.
For people doing manual V12 swaps. This starter motor works very well as part of our Getrag manual gearbox conversion as there is no nose to it, meaning no trimming needed on the bell housing.
