This listing is for the outright purchase of completely and freshly rebuilt axle. This whole axle is rebuilt in-house, this is built to order and lead times vary 6-12 weeks. This is a comprehensive no stone unturned rebuild. This rebuild has been broken down into several elements. Each part of this build can be customised to your requirements. This is our standard level of rebuild which includes:

  • Supply of differential to your ratio including all hardware, cage, wishbones, hubs and driveshafts.
  • The diff has been fully rebuilt with all new OEM bearings and seals. This is our signature OEM level rebuild.
  • The hubs have been vapor blasted with new bearings and upgraded lower pivot seals. These are all shimmed ready for the road
  • Driveshaft/ half shafts have been rebuilt with HD sealed for life Spicer joints (hence no grease covers)
  • Brake calipers are recon units, Delphi branded discs, mintex pads with ferrodo handbrake brake pads. handbrake mechanisms zinc plated with new springs
  • All pins and steel hardware repalced with new high tensile bolts or originals we have re-plated


The finish of the axle is wet spray. This is done in-house, although we are not a paint shop the finish is reasonable. There is a black etch anti corrosive base coat with a satin top coat. The axle is shimmed for camber as it was dismantled. We always advise the car is tracked afterwards and you may need to re-shim the camber by adjusting the shims behind the driveshafts. 

Although the axle pictured is a non-ABS hub and early diff we can supply this as an ABS axle and speed sensor in the diff. Additionally there is an opportunity to upgrade the axle to outboard brakes.
