This listing is for a pair of modified rear Etype Series 1 & 2 arms to Lightweight Etype spec. The LWE spec is popular for racing with the wider track. These are 1/2" wider then a standard Etype series 1 & 2 lower arm. If you are looking for standard repalcement for a S1/2 Etype please see our other listing which is part number C20255/6-REP.
This originally started as a wider XJ arm that has been shortened down to the correct length. The arm has been parted off, bored out and a press fit sleeve installed. The arms are welded on a jig parallel. The shock tube is also milled into the correct position. The 1/2" is from the shock tube to the hub pivot not to change the shock angle. Unlike other manufacturers who widen original arms this allows you to retail the original arms which have some value.
These are custom made so other elements can be tailored to your preferences. We also can supply driveshafts to match, we use a new balanced hollow spec driveshaft unlike other suppliers of these kits who space them off the diff. These allow for less run out and a better finished product.
These later arms require the later radius arm bolt which we can supply. Part number for that is C25365. These arms are for the later foot, if you have a 3.8 S1 with the wider fulctums you may need to change to the later differential fulcrum foot C20481. If you are unsure what you have please ask.
