This listing is for a 3.72 Spicer CWP set. This gear set is a modern made unit which works with Salisbury 4HA and 4HU axles. The pinion has 26 spline fine and we have manufactured a pinion flange to work with this spline.
The gear set is good quality, it originals from Spicer mexico who are the OEM producer. These gear sets are not marked with pinion height. Its really important that the installer is very competent. If you have any concerns we could always build this for you.
This is a shimmed pinon and requires early bearings which we also stock. The offset of this works for 1". Not the usual 1, 3.8" which most 3.77 gears are. If you are unsure of your offset please ask.
We have a lot of experience using these very successfully. Although they are proven strong the only concern we would have is gear noise for road use. Please be aware that although these are lapped in, no pinion height markings are done at the factory.
